The Add-On is provided "as is" and the developers of the Add-On make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Add-On, including but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The developers of the Add-On shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Add-On.
User Responsibilities
Users of the Add-On are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Add-On complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Users are also responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using the Add-On.
Restrictions
The Add-On is only intended to be used with Google Slides and for the purpose of generating slide backgrounds.
Users are prohibited from modifying or reverse engineering the Add-On, as well as distributing or sharing the Add-On with third parties.
Fees
The Add-On is completely free to use and there are no hidden fees or costs associated with it.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that may arise from the use of the Add-On shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Termination
The developers of the Add-On reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the Add-On at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in and to the Add-On and any accompanying materials, are owned by the developers of the Add-On.
Data Collection and Privacy Policies
The Add-On does not collect any personal information from users, except for information provided voluntarily by users when using the feedback form.
